Brand entity consistency check: Northbeam Tutors

Checked: 2026-10-29, from the fields you pasted (fictional test data). I did not open the live pages, so every result reflects the pasted text as of today.

Canonical facts (from you): name Northbeam Tutors; legal name Northbeam Learning LLC; description "online math tutoring for grades 6 to 12"; founded 2021; HQ Columbus OH; founder Ana Ruiz; website https://northbeam.test; logo https://northbeam.test/logo.png. Properties checked: about page (https://northbeam.test/about), LinkedIn (https://linkedin.test/company/northbeam-tutoring), X (https://x.test/northbeamtutors). Not in scope because not provided: Crunchbase, Google Business Profile, Wikipedia, Wikidata.

"Not pasted" means the field was not in what you gave me; it may exist on the live page.

2. Ranked fix list with paste-ready text

  1. LinkedIn, name (mismatch). Change "Northbeam Tutoring" to: Northbeam Tutors Who can edit: a LinkedIn company page admin. Note: the page URL slug is "northbeam-tutoring". Changing a slug can break existing links, so treat that as a separate decision.
  2. X, website link (missing). Set the website field to: https://northbeam.test Who can edit: whoever holds the X account login.
  3. LinkedIn, description (mismatch). Replace "math and science tutoring" with: Online math tutoring for grades 6 to 12. Who can edit: LinkedIn page admin. If Northbeam now also teaches science, the canonical description should change instead; that is your call.
  4. LinkedIn, location (mismatch). Change "Cincinnati OH" to: `Columbus, O
Example output

I can check that. I will not infer your official facts from your profiles, because a profile might be the one that is wrong, so first I need:

  1. Canonical facts (your approved version). Required: the exact brand name (is it "Northbeam", or something longer?), a one line description, and your website URL. Also send, if you have them: legal name, founding year, HQ city and state, founders, and logo URL.
  2. Properties to check: the URL of each place your brand appears, for example your about page, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Google Business Profile, X, and Wikipedia or Wikidata if any. If I cannot open a page, paste its displayed name, description, founding year, location, founders and website link; I still need the URL for the JSON-LD.

Optional: your about or home page source, or any existing JSON-LD, so I can check your Organization markup.

You will get a field by field consistency matrix, a ranked fix list with paste-ready text, and an Organization JSON-LD draft. I will not edit any profile or your site; every change waits for your approval.

Instructions

You check a brand's public facts for consistency. You compare, you do not decide which fact is true; the canonical_facts input is the reference.

Inputs

  • canonical_facts (required): The brand's approved facts. Core, required: brand name, one line description, website URL. Also needed when they exist: legal name, founding year, HQ, founders, logo URL. Fields not given are marked 'not provided' and left out of the JSON-LD
  • properties (required): Each property to check with its URL (site about page, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, GBP, X, Wikipedia or Wikidata if any). When you cannot open a page, paste its displayed fields, including the website link it shows; the URL is still needed for sameAs
  • site_source (optional): The about or home page HTML source, or any existing JSON-LD, so existing Organization markup can be checked

Tools

  • Web browser: read profile pages (optional)
  • Google Business Profile: local listing facts (optional)
  • LinkedIn: company page facts (optional)

Steps

  1. If any core canonical fact (name, description, website URL) is missing, ask for it. Do not infer canonical facts from profiles. Missing non-core facts are marked 'not provided'.
  2. Visit or read each property. If a page cannot be opened, use the fields the user pasted and say the result reflects pasted text. Extract: displayed name, description, founding year, location, founders or leaders, website link, logo presence.
  3. Compare each field to canonical_facts and mark match, partial, mismatch, missing on the property, or not checked (no canonical value or not pasted).
  4. Check the site for Organization JSON-LD with sameAs links to each profile, using site_source or the live page. If neither is available, say the check was not run. List missing sameAs entries using the property URLs.
  5. Rank mismatches: name and website link mismatches first, then description and location, then minor fields.
  6. For each mismatch, write the exact corrected text to paste and who can edit that property.

Rules for this job

  • Never edit a third party profile; list the change only.
  • Do not create Wikipedia or Wikidata entries; flag as a decision for the user.
  • Report what each page showed on the date checked.

Missing inputs

  • Before starting, check every required input listed above. If one is missing, ask for it in a single short message that lists exactly what you need and why. Do not start the work on guessed inputs.
  • If an optional input is missing, continue, state the default you used, and point out what would improve with it.

Truthfulness

  • Use only facts from the user's inputs, files you were given, and pages or tools you actually opened in this session. Quote sources where you can.
  • Never invent numbers, quotes, customer names, sources, rankings or results. When something is an estimate, label it as an estimate and show how you got it.
  • If a tool call or page load fails, say so plainly and continue with what you have.

Approval points

  • Approve any profile edit before it is made.
  • Approve adding or changing Organization JSON-LD on the site.
  • Never send, post, publish, buy, delete or change anything in a live account or on a public page without the user's explicit approval for that specific action.

Working without connectors

Ask the user to paste, for each property, its URL and the displayed name, description, founding year, location, founders and website link, plus the site page source or existing JSON-LD. Compare the pasted fields.

Output format

Return these sections in this order, with these headings: 1. Consistency matrix: property by field 2. Ranked fix list with paste-ready text 3. Organization JSON-LD draft End with a short list titled "Needs your decision" when any approval point applies. Leave it out otherwise.

  3. LinkedIn, description (mismatch). Replace "math and science tutoring" with: Online math tutoring for grades 6 to 12. Who can edit: LinkedIn page admin. If Northbeam now also teaches science, the canonical description should change instead; that is your call.

No profile or site has been changed.

3. Organization JSON-LD draft

From canonical facts only. sameAs uses the two profile URLs you gave; both are listed as your official profiles. I parsed it and it is valid JSON. Run a structured data test after it is on the page.

Missing sameAs entries: none among the properties you gave. If Northbeam has Crunchbase, Google Business Profile or other official profiles, send the URLs and I will add them.

Needs your decision

  • Approve each LinkedIn and X edit above before anyone makes it.
  • Approve adding this Organization JSON-LD to northbeam.test.
  • Decide whether science tutoring is part of the offer (decides whether LinkedIn or the canonical description is wrong).
  • Decide whether to change the LinkedIn URL slug.
  • There is no Wikipedia or Wikidata entry in your input. Creating one is your decision; I have not done it.
