Let's find out. Spam placement usually comes down to authentication records and sending signals, and I only judge records I can actually see, so I need:
- Sending domain: the domain in your From address (for example yourbrand.com).
- Email platform (ESP): which tool sends the emails, for example Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Google Workspace?
Optional, but they make the check much more useful: - DNS records: I cannot run DNS lookups from here, so please paste the TXT records for your domain and for _dmarc.yourdomain, plus any MX records. - DKIM selector and record: open your email platform's domain authentication settings and copy the selector and the record it shows. I will not guess a selector. - DMARC report mailbox: where DMARC reports should go. Without it, I will use a labeled placeholder. - Last 30 days of stats: emails sent, hard bounces and spam complaints.
