I can review your demo form, but I need two things before I start, so I don't guess which fields matter.
- The fields. For each one: the label as it appears, the type (text, email, select and so on), whether it is required, and its autocomplete value if you know it. A paste of the form HTML or a screenshot of the editor works too.
- What each field is used for after someone submits. For each field: who uses it (sales, marketing, finance) and for what, in your words. This decides whether a field stays, becomes optional, moves to a later step, or becomes a remove candidate. A field with no stated use gets marked "use unknown" and asked about, not dropped.
I'm taking the goal from your message: booking a demo. Tell me if a submission is for something else.
Optional: form starts and submits for one period, or drop off per field. Without it I compute no rates and can't say whether the form converts badly; with it I can show the submit rate and use it as the baseline for a test.
Nothing on the live form changes until you approve a proposed version.
