Negative lists
Each negative is the shortest word or phrase that excludes the candidates. Broad is Google's default for negatives ("This type is the default for your negative keywords"): the ad does not show when the search contains all the negative's words, in any order. I used phrase for one multi-word term so it only blocks those words in that order. Google says "Negative keywords don't match to close variants", so singular and plural forms are listed separately; Google also says negatives "automatically account for casing and misspellings".

Google's limits as stated: "You can add up to 5,000 negative keywords per list, and create up to 20 negative keyword lists". An account level list (Account Settings, Negative keywords section) is limited to 1,000; I did not use one, because a single campaign is planned and shared lists keep the themes separate.
Questions for you
- Keyboard lessons (I14): do you teach keyboard as part of piano? If not, I add keyboard and keyboards to the instruments list.
- The other Ask ideas (I18, I20, I21, I22, I26, I31, I32, I33, I34, I35, I37, I38, I39): tell me yes or no for each; the table gives the reason I could not decide.
- Do you want to bid on 'cheap'? You described yourselves as mid priced.
- You said you do not move pianos. Searches like 'piano moving' are not in your idea list; do you want 'moving' added as well?
