I can find out what happened last quarter, but I need post level data first. Monthly totals can't show which posts did well or badly, or why.
What I need (required): 1. One row per post, for each platform. Date, platform, format, topic, impressions and engagements, with clicks if you have them and a few words on the caption. TikTok, Instagram (Meta Business Suite) and LinkedIn Page analytics can each export post level data. Total followers and total likes per month don't give a rate per post, so I can't rank posts or compare formats with them. 2. The exact date range. Which dates count as "last quarter"? 3. Topic labels. A short topic for each post (for example "product tip", "team", "customer story"), so I can group posts. If your export doesn't have them, add a column.
Labels: you mentioned "Reels" and some "videos". I'll keep each label exactly as your export has it, and won't merge "Video" into "Reel", because they may perform differently. If they really are the same thing, tell me and I'll still report both labels and ask before combining.
On the algorithm change: I won't treat it as the cause. It's outside your data, so I'll list it as a question to check against the dates once I see the per post numbers.
Defaults I'll apply unless you tell me otherwise: - Goal: engagement rate (engagements / impressions). - Minimum posts per group: 3. Smaller groups show "too few posts" rather than a rate. - Benchmarks: none, unless you send ones you trust.
Send the per post exports and I'll return the post table, group rates, top and bottom posts, hypotheses, tests for next quarter, and questions for you.
