Program rules
Bluebird Auto Glass, Denver. Service: windshield replacement and chip repair. Sender: Marcus, owner. Trigger: job marked complete in your shop software. 1. Ask every customer whose job is marked complete, not only the ones you expect to be happy. No survey or "rate us first" step that sends only high ratings to Google: Google's Maps content policy prohibits discouraging negative reviews or selectively soliciting positive ones. 2. No incentives. Your input says "Incentive: none". Keep it that way: the FTC rule at 16 CFR Part 465 bans incentives conditioned, expressly or by implication, on a review with a particular sentiment, and Google's policy prohibits offering anything in exchange for a review. 3. No staff or family reviews. Do not ask Bluebird employees or their relatives to review the business. 4. Neutral asks. The messages ask for a review, not a rating, and do not suggest wording. 5. Consent. SMS goes only to customers who ticked the text box at booking. Email addresses were collected for receipts with "marketing consent not asked", so the email is drafted but on hold (see Needs your decision).
Timing
| Message | Who | When |
|---|---|---|
| SMS request | Customers who ticked the text consent box | Same day the job is marked complete (default) |
| Email request, hold: confirm consent | Customers with a receipt email, only if you approve | Next morning after the job is marked complete (default) |
| SMS reminder | SMS recipients who did not click the link | 3 days after the request (default), once |
Your input says the software "can tell who clicked the link but not who reviewed", so the reminder goes to people who did not click. Timing values are defaults; give me your preferred send times and I will use them.

Needs your decision
- Email consent: customers gave an email for the receipt, and marketing consent was not asked. Decide whether a review request fits what they agreed to, or run SMS only. The email stays on hold until you decide.
- Copy and list: approve the 3 messages and who receives them. I do not send anything; your shop software or texting tool sends after you approve.
