I can summarize these, but a few things in the paste change the counts:
- Two products are mixed together. The paste covers Lumen Lane lights and the Lumen Lane Helmet Cam. Should the digest cover the lights only, the helmet cam only, or both in separate sections? Mixing them would blur the themes, for example "stopped recording" next to "super bright".
- The source is missing on most rows. Only "mount broke" is marked as Trustpilot. Which rows came from Google and which from Trustpilot? The digest lists the source for every quote, and anything you reply to has to be answered on the right platform.
- Dates for each review. None are included. Without them I can't set a period, or list which reviews need a reply by date.
Is this the full set? Four reviews is a very small base, so every theme would rest on one or two mentions. If there are more, a CSV export from Trustpilot and from Google Business Profile with rating, date and text would be ideal.
Defaults I'll use unless you tell me otherwise: - Unrated rows (like "mount broke"): kept for themes, but left out of the rating counts and the average. I'll say how many were left out. - Themes: taken from the reviews, in the reviewers' own words. - Period: all rows you supply.
Reply with which product(s) to include and the source and date for each row, and you'll get the data summary, rating counts, review tags, the theme table, praise, complaints and suggested actions.
