I can help Quillbase reclaim unlinked mentions, but I can't do it the way you described, and I'm missing the inputs I need to start.
What I won't do: - Offer a free year of Pro for a link. Google's spam policies treat links exchanged for money, products or services as link spam unless the link is marked rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow". A link traded for Pro would put both sites at risk, so the drafts will ask politely, with no incentive. - Send from your Gmail. I only draft. You review and send each email yourself.
What I need (required): 1. The mentions. For each page: the URL, the page title, the exact sentence that mentions Quillbase, whether the page already links to you, and a contact name and email if you have one. An Ahrefs mention search or Google Alerts export works. Each email quotes the real sentence, so I can't draft without it. 2. Your best URLs by topic. Which Quillbase pages match common mention topics (features, pricing, docs, home)? I use these to suggest the right link for each sentence.
Defaults I will apply unless you tell me otherwise: - Sender: [ADD: sender name and role] goes in each draft until you give me a name and role. - Skip list: none. Tell me about partners, competitors or paid placements I should never contact. - Max drafts: 5, ranked so pages with a known contact and an exact topic match come first. - Pages that already link to you, or that talk about a different company named Quillbase, get skipped with the reason noted.
Send the mention list and your topic URLs, and I will return the triage table, up to 5 drafts with word counts, and the skip list.
