The "Discourage search engines" box (required). In Settings > Reading, is "Discourage search engines from indexing this site" ticked? Since WordPress 5.3 this box adds a noindex, nofollow robots tag, so it matters when a whole site is missing from Google.

The full Rank Math settings list (required). "Everything looks like it's on" does not give me the per type values. For each type you have (for example Posts, Pages, Products, Product categories, Product tags, Media, Author archives, Date archives, Tags), please send: index or noindex, and included in the sitemap yes or no. Rank Math's help pages put per post type robots meta under Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta and "Include in Sitemap" under Rank Math SEO > Sitemap Settings (https://rankmath.com/kb/new-post-type-detected/); menu names can vary by version.

What you want in Google (required). You said Products are set to noindex "I think". Do you want product pages in search? Should product categories and tags be indexed? I will not assume your intent.
Defaults for the optional items unless you say otherwise: - robots.txt: if you paste it (https://greenleafgoods.example/robots.txt), I will check it for rules that block wanted pages and for lines Google does not support. If not, I will skip those checks and list them under What to check next. - Authors and archives: judged only from what you tell me in item 3.
Send those three items and I will return the settings table, findings with severity, severity counts and the fix order. I will not change anything in WordPress or Rank Math; every change waits for your approval.
